How long does shipping take?

Please allow for up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email as soon as your order goes out for shipping. We ship each Tuesday. 

Can I make a return or exchange?

Destination Carmel's Return / Refund Policy

We want you to love your Destination Carmel essentials. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please submit your request with your order number to concierge@destinationcarmel.com.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when shipped. Unused items can be exchanged within 10 business days after you receive your order. After 10 days, we will offer a store credit for any returned merchandise.

Items purchased during a Sale can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.  All items noted as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item to you after receiving the item you are returning. Destination Carmel is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution. Please give the process up to ten (10) business days to arrive in your account after the refund has been processed.
